The Full Moon in Taurus is exact at 7.59pm AEDT on Friday, 19 November 2021. However, the energy of the Full Moon can be called upon in the lead up to, and following the exact moment of the Full Moon for any rituals you wish to perform.
Any Full Moon is a point of culmination - where things reach a peak. It is a time when the Moon is fully 'enlightened' as it completely reflects the light of the Sun, so the Moon's energy is also generally at its peak where emotions and awareness can more easily come to the surface.
When the Moon is 'Full' it means that the Sun and Moon are opposite each other in the sky. Astrologically, this means that while the Moon is in Taurus, the Sun is in Scorpio.
When things are in opposition, there is a level of tension; a kind of push-pull between two extremes. So, with this full Moon, it is the opposing energies of safety, security, love relationships, finances, and practicality versus the intense, secretive and internalised energies of Scorpio around relationships, and other people's money and 'stuff' that can create tension.
The Moon is Exalted in Taurus. This means that the Moon is an extremely happy guest in this sign and her energy is very powerful.

Taurus has a negative polarity which makes the Full Moon energy extremely receptive and Taurus is ruled by Venus - the planet of love, beauty, art, and also money. This means that this is an exceptionally good time to reflect on your relationship with your partner for the long-term, or what type of relationship you would like to have in your life, if you are single.
It is also a good time to look back and review your finances to see what has been working and what hasn't. This is less about the actual money, but more about the security that money can bring.

This Lunar eclipse is the longest partial eclipse since the year 1440, and lasts for three hours and 22 minutes.
It begins at 6.19pm AEDT and ends at 9.47pm with the maximum of the eclipse occurring at 8.03pm, and will cover 98% of the Moon.
Eclipses bring change, and this Lunar eclipse dramatically adds to the already powerful energy of this Exalted Full Moon in Taurus.

- review what is important when it comes your values, relationships, finances, safety and security - and be prepared to make any necessary changes.
- acknowledge the practical things in your life you need to release now - such as habits that no longer serve you e.g. impulse purchases, overindulgence, resisting change to name but a few.
- it is not the time to sit back, but to look more closely at your needs in very practical terms, especially your emotional needs and balance them with needs of others.
